My aim is to produce pneumatic organ parts of the highest quality through the correct and flawless selection of materials.

The parts are cut on a Zünd digital cutter, which is used for maximum precision in the textile sector, after the corresponding files have been prepared. Thanks to the projection option, the parts can be freely distributed on the hide according to the thickness of the leather and then cut oscillating. The machine also has a punching head that can produce precise single or multiple rows of holes. The large number of punching head parts required for all the different pneumatic standards made me decide to purchase the flexible digital cutter, which can easily produce a desired number of a certain size.

I have found a niche of products that are needed for the many symphonic organs that still need to be restored. The production site in Romania enables us to manufacture products at a reasonable price and to maintain high quality through professional testing of the organ parts.
