- Deliveries only against prepayment by bank transfer. Possible fees for the money transfer must be paid by the customer. The final invoice amount must reach us in full. We reserve the right to invoice in advance or subsequently. The final invoice amount is to be paid to us immediately after receipt of the invoice in Euro only. For transfers from abroad, our IBAN account number and the BIC code of the bank must be stated.
- New customers and irregularly ordering customers are only supplied against prepayment. Please make payments exclusively on the basis of our invoice.
- Shipment is at the risk of the recipient. Unless otherwise specified by the customer at his expense, shipment shall be made by the cheapest means possible. As far as possible, we use environmentally friendly materials as transport packaging.
- Our minimum order value is 120 euros net (value of goods without VAT and without shipping/transport etc.).
- The delivery time for stock goods is approx. 10 days, for production by arrangement. We exclude a delivery guarantee.
- The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
- The purchase contract shall be deemed concluded upon advance payment or receipt of the goods. The customer confirms with his order that he belongs to the above-mentioned clientele and that he has read and accepted our information on data protection. We draw your attention to your possible legal rights.
- Deviating terms of payment and delivery of the customer are only recognized after a written confirmation by us, otherwise the customer agrees to our terms of payment and delivery.
